We provide Home Care and Support services to people in Banbury and surrounding areas.
Regular care and support is for many people essential for the continuance of a fulfilling life in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their own home
Getting the right support gives that all important peace of mind, knowing that someone is visiting regularly to ensure the wellbeing of loved ones, particularly if family members live further away and cannot be there as often as they would like.
Levels of support differ according to individual requirements, but will normally involve one or more visits a day, the duration of which varies according to a person’s specific needs and the complexity of the care required.
Our clients have their own personalised care plan detailing the support they require that is reviewed regularly.
Assistance can range from a short visit in the morning or evening to several visits a day, overnight or 24 hour care.
We can help with all daily essential requirements including mobilisation getting up or going to bed washing, dressing, continence care and overseeing medication.
We also support with more practical requirements including meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, laundry or simply changing the bedding.
Our services are suitable for anyone at any time. For older people, those with physical or learning disabilities, young adults and children.
All our clients can be sure that their support is person centred and planned on an individual basis with their wishes and preferences central to any plan of support.
We offer maximum flexibility and choice in order to be responsive to each person’s specific needs.
There are no set hours or duration of visits; support can range from a short 15 minute call to 24 hours or Live In Care.
We are pleased to cater for clients funded by Local Authorities, recipients of Individual Budgets or Direct Payments and Privately Funded clients.
We are passionate about delivering support that promotes dignity,choice and independence.
