Thamesbrook is a care home with nursing and run by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. There are 56 beds for older people in five units over three floors. Two of the units are for people with dementia who do not require nursing care. The other three units are for people who require nursing care and includes five rehabilitation beds.
