TL Care (NW) Ltd is a Care Agency situated in the high street in Hoylake, registered to provide support and personal care to people living in their own homes.
We provide care and support for elderly people needing a little extra help to cope with everyday tasks such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, domestic chores, remembering to take medication and shopping.
We also provide support for younger people (from 16 upwards) suffering from physical or mental disabilities, to assist them in their life skills, to have fun, develop their confidence and help them to achieve their goals in life.
