Support Team (UK) Ltd is an innovative supported living provider for people with learning disabilities, offering a range of bespoke specialist care services tailored around each individual Service User.
We are an experienced team in supporting adults with autism and a learning disability; often accompanied with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
We work together to ‘manage crisis’¹ safely and at a local level to prevent an admission to a more restrictive care setting
Individually recruited Support Team’s, involving the Service User and their ‘circle of support¹’
Bespoke training for every member of the team around the Service User's specific needs
Our support plan are in a formats which promotes inclusion and personalisation¹
Unannounced audits from both an ‘experts by experience¹’, our Compliance Team and our Registered Manager
Independent Advocacy
Video conferencing facilities to promote ‘real time’ meetings
Open Accounts Policy and our fees are based on individual assessment and the Care Funding Calculator
Enhanced staff retention by paying the ‘Living Wage¹’, investment in training and offering ‘Partner Reward Scheme’ based upon quality of care and achieved outcomes for each service user
Our Multi Disciplinary Support Team (MDST)¹ offer an additional level of ‘support and guidance’ to both our Support Teams and management team
