ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - STONEYGATE OAKLANDS
Stoneygate Oaklands provides accommodation and personal care for up to 44 people. The service accommodates people who may have mental health needs, alcohol misuse related problems, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, people with care needs related to old age and/or dementia. The service has previously offered services to people with this wide range of needs, but now accepts referrals for people who have care needs relating to their alcohol use and/or mental health needs.
