St Cuthberts Care supports a number of adults with learning disabilities in Newcastle and Northumberland, enabling them to remain in their own home and live as independently as possible. Working with other professionals, we carefully tailor a support plan for each individual, providing them with the right level of support for their needs, ambitions and aspirations. Our service helps them to develop the life skills they need to maintain their independence, and gain confidence as full and equal members of the community.
