Welcome to Critchill Court, a home from home where we aim to provide a service tailored for your specific individual personal preferences and choices. For you to lead and continue the lifestyle you want, for us to respect and maintain your independence and abilities, whilst providing support where you require it. To focus on your specific needs and diversity, for you to choose, partake and have a active role in the care and support you receive.
Critchill Court is located away from the main road on the peaceful south-westerly side of the market town of Frome. The home is purpose built to provide a comfortable and safe environment with high quality 24-hour care for 50 residents.
We have created specially designed PETALS wings providing environments that support the person-centred approach to care.
Although each of our specially designed wings has its own identity and individual name, they all share the corporate dementia care philosophy and name 'Petals'. The name represents the key elements of dementia care within the company, namely: Person-centred; Empowerment; Trust; Activities; Life History; Stimulation.
