69 Neithrop Avenue provides a respite service for people with a physical or learning disability. People who use the service are referred to as guests. The term guest will be used throughout this report. Guests who use the service are allocated a specified number of hours per year. The service has just started to offer a summer scheme where people can be taught life skills.
