Shared lives - Sheffield Adult Placement provides day care, befriending, short and long term care to vulnerable adults, including older people, people with learning disabilities, people with physical disabilities and people with mental health problems. People are supported to live independently to maintain friendships and relationships, to be safe and supported and to live in the carer's home as part of the immediate family.
