ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SHARED LIVES
The Shared Lives service provides long term accommodation, short breaks, and day support to adults from the age of eighteen to sixty five with a disability. The service aims to enable people to develop new skills and access activities and opportunities within the community.
Shared Lives carers are self employed and accept people into their own homes to provide care, support and mentorship to people who use the service.
