Aintree Lane is in a residential area in the heart of the Aintree community, the outside appearance is in keeping with the other properties.
It is currently registered for 5 people all bedrooms comply with the minimum requirements including one, which is wheelchair accessible or can be used as a twin room.
Communal space consists of 2 lounges and a kitchen diner. There is a disabled access bathroom and toilet downstairs and a shower and toilet upstairs. There is a laundry room, an office and sleeping in room.
The garden at the back is enclosed and provides a safe environment for people to enjoy and is wheelchair friendly.
