ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SEEABILITY - MEADOWMEAD SUPPORT SERVICE
Meadowmead support service is registered to provide personal care to people who live in self contained flats on the same site. They also provide outreach support to people in the community. All of the people that use the service have a visual impairment and some have other physical or mental disabilities. At the time of our visit the service was providing support to seven people who lived in the self contained flats and to seven people who lived elsewhere in the community
