Eden Supported Living provides high quality, person-centred care, support and enablement for people with disabilities and support needs. We offer highly personalised independent living options across the whole care pathway - ranging from Outreach support and supported living options to a small independent hospital for when people require the use of the Mental Health Act. Our care pathway ensures continuity of care and locality as our services users’ needs and aspirations change. We are flexible and creative in our approach to developing packages, drawing on the expertise of an experienced and qualified staff team alongside the experience of the people who use our services.
