ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ROSEMOUNT CARE HOME
Rosemount Care Home is located in Whitley Bay and provides perpose built accommodation, all bedrooms are single rooms with en-suite facillities. Once allocated every room can be personalised to each individuals preferences, we encourage families to bring in personal items to make them feel at home. Our head chef and her team provide excellent home cooked meals that are nutritionally balanced. The residents and families are consulted on their likes and dislikes and we can cater for all diert requirements. we encourage families to be involved as much as possible and welcome visits at any time.care and nursing care is provided to a high standard for up to 60 older people. To acheive this good communication between all members of staff, next of kin, members of the care team is essential.
Our residents can pursue their hobbies in our communal and quiet louges situated throughout the the home. We have two patio areas that can be used for relaxing, socialising and are great places to encourage those people interested in gardening.
We have excellent working relationships with Gp practices. We very much recognise the importance of individual and resident focused care.
