Our carefully trained and friendly carers provide help with a wide range of tasks including housework, shopping, cooking meals, washing and dressing and physical assistance.
As well as helping with personal care and light housekeeping, we place great emphasis on providing emotional support too.
Something as small as sharing a cup of tea and having a chat or laughing at a joke can make a huge difference to the health and well-being of the person we are providing care for.
Our service is completely flexible and can be adjusted as your or your loved one’s needs change. We provide care on a short-term or long-term basis, ranging from a daily visit through to 24 hour care, seven days a week.
We only employ carers with genuine empathy for the people they are asked to look after. In addition, everyone who works for us has to undergo extensive background checks, so you can be assured that the people who come into your or your loved one’s home are trustworthy and reliable.
We have an intensive training programme that new members of staff have to complete before starting work at Right at Home and this training continues throughout their career with us.
We always match our clients with carers who have similar interests and we will personally introduce the carer to you and your family for approval before they start work.
We make sure the same team of carers visit you each time, so you can build up a relationship and are comfortable with that person. We also carry out regular spot checks to ensure the care you are receiving is of the very highest quality.
