Richmondwood Residential Care Home

"I had the privilege of helping a lady of 98 years to have to move near to her relatives from London. They found this care home. I have visited every month during the last year and a half. The care of the home has more than met my expectations int he way they treat residents, keep informing us of their needs. The staff are happy and seem not to change which makes for a family atmosphere. The way they provide something most days for residents, whether staff or someone coming in to sing or other entertainment. They also take them out on trips, if they are able to go. They always welcome visits at whatever time we can make it. I find it a pleasure to visit and can see how happy my friend is. I would say thank you to them for her care
