ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - RED COURT NURSING HOME
This elegant Grade II listed building is just a short distance from Croydon town centre. In a peaceful setting surrounded by acres of landscaped gardens, the home has been carefully refurbished and extended.
The care we offer
Red Court offers nursing care. We also provide care for those who require palliative, respite, convalescence and care for those with Parkinson’s disease. Our registered nurses offer a high standard of dedicated, personalised care and support 24-hours a day.
Food
Our experienced chef caters for all tastes and dietary requirements. Varied daily menus offer tasty meals that are nutritionally balanced and freshly cooked. Residents can enjoy sociable mealtimes in our dining rooms, or take any meal in the peace of their own room, if they prefer.
We make sure that on their birthdays, each resident receives a celebratory meal and a personalised, home-made cake to make their day extra special. We aim to fully understand new residents’ nutritional needs, tastes, special diets and preferences shortly after their arrival with us, and we check regularly that such needs are being met.
Activities
Residents are encouraged to live as full a lifestyle as possible. Stimulating activities are organised, taking into account individual interests and levels of ability.
Every month there is a special event in the home based on a variety of different themes and depending on the time of the year. Residents and their families are welcome to get involved.
