ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - RAVENDALE HALL RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME
Ravendale Hall is a care home situated in the village of East Ravendale between the towns of Grimsby and Louth. The home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 34 older people, some of whom may have needs associated with dementia. The home also provides accommodation and care for younger people with physical disability.
With large communal lounges for those that may like to interact and watch some telly, to a beautiful Library for those that prefere the quiet to relax and read a book or take in their daily paper with a morning cup of tea, we have lots to offer.
As well as the main kitchen, where meals are prepaired through out the day, there is also a kitchen specifically for the use of those service users able to do so, with or without the assistance of one of the friendly care staff
The home is situated within it's own grounds, surrounded with panaramic views, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
We offer a range of activities for all to enjoy from taking a trip to Cleethorpes to enjoy an ice-cream to visiting Grimsby's Auditorium to watch a show. For those days spent within the home we have an activities coordinator who covers a range of activities such as film afternoons, to horse racing fun. We also have a pool table and felt dart board for the more physically abled person to use when ever they choose.
The home has a hairdresser that calls in every Tuesday and Saturday for those that may enjoy a pamper.
