As a team, we support older people, people with physical difficulties and adults with learning difficulties.Support is tailored to individual and specific needs and we are passionate about putting dignity at the heart of the support we offer.Radis Care Workers are supported by our office team, and ongoing training is arranged to provide a high standard of support to enable each Service User to live as independently as possible. We endeavour to match the skills of our support staff to Service Users, identifying and targeting training where needed. We have had lots of positive feedback from Service Users and their families. Other professionals have also taken the time to praise the work we do and we have just received top marks in our CQC inspection.??Our clients feedback is very valuable to us and we do all we can to adapt to any suggestions or constructive criticism we receive. This makes us different to other agencies as the Service User is at the heart of our support which in turn ensures we provide person orientated support, not task orientated support. ??The team here in Shrewsbury has a wide range of knowledge and experience in health and social care enabling the team to provide excellent support for our diverse client base.One of the team is always available to chat about your care needs so please feel free to get in touch with any questions.
