Named after its peaceful location beside a canal, Perry Locks has benefited from a recently completed refurbishment programme, adding a further eight bedrooms to the home. Originally purpose-built, this well-equipped home comprises four bright and spacious houses - each with a comfortable, well-furnished lounge, a conservatory and dining area, and access to lovely landscaped gardens.
Bedrooms
Bedrooms are all attractively decorated and furnished to a high standard with views over the gardens. Residents are welcome to choose their own colour scheme if they wish and are encouraged to make their rooms more familiar by bringing favourite ornaments, pictures and small items of furniture.
Home life
Each house has a comfortable, well-furnished lounge or conservatory, giving residents a place to catch up, watch television, spend time with guests or friends, or join in activities. There are lots of pleasant places to visit nearby such as the local garden centre and park and a local bus route stops outside the home for added convenience.
Gardens
Perry Locks has large landscaped gardens with a delightful patio area, scented rose garden and sensory garden to explore. Residents are welcome to participate in some gentle gardening if they wish.
