Penkz Care & Support Service is a  Home Care & Support Service Provider and accredited by the London Borough of Harrow. Our aim is to support people to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This includes all forms of perosnal care and other practical assistance provided for people who by reason of age, illness, disability, pregnancy, childbirth, dependence on alcohol or drugs, or nay other similar circumstances, are in need of such care or other assistance.

We recognise that while the needs of people from minority ethnic background may be as the rest of the society, appropriately meeting their unique needs require service specification that takes account of their social and cultural values. This includes language, customs (rites, rituals, religion and lifestyle), shared system of values (beliefs and morals), social norms (i.e. patterns of behaviour that are accepted as normal and right, including dress and diet). Consequently, we deliver our service with staff that speak and/or understand Service User's mother tongue or first language.

You may be looking for care and support for yourself or on behalf of a friend or family member, who needs a little support and assistance with those activities of daily living that are becoming uncomfortable because mobility is restricted through accident or illness. Whether you need assistance to get washed, showered, take a bath or get dressed, the preparation of meals to suit your individual tastes, preferences and dietry needs, we can help.

80% continuity of service from the same Support Worker or a small team of Support Workers.
99% of your safety under the care of fully vetted staff, who are trained and competent.
Supply of Support Workers of Guajarati, Punjabi, Hindi, Tamil, Cantonese, Jewish, African or Caribbean backgrounds to assist you, if that is your preference.
