Pelsall Hall is owned and operated by Greensleeves Homes Trust, a ‘not for profit’ charitable organisation providing care and accommodation for older people.
A beautifully refurbished historic building with extensive grounds, Pelsall Hall offers residential and specialist dementia care for 41 older ladies and gentlemen. Situated in the village of Pelsall, near Walsall, Pelsall Hall offers a safe and comfortable ‘home from home’.
On duty 24 hours a day, the home’s dedicated multi-disciplined team, provide high quality care to meet individual resident’s requirements. As part of the home’s commitment to best practice, Pelsall Hall staff receive ongoing training in every aspect of the care of older people.
The home offers 39 en suite bedrooms, two of which are double rooms, all featuring ‘wet rooms’, each tastefully furnished and decorated. Residents are encouraged to bring in personal items such as pictures, ornaments and small items of furniture.
Pelsall has developed a stunning woodland walkway in its grounds. The outdoor space has been landscaped and adapted to provide accessible raised flower beds and vegetable gardens, a patio and a woodland area for residents to enjoy. There is even a bowling green and a children’s play area for when friends and relatives visit.
Pelsall Hall follows the Eden Alternative philosophy in the care of older people. All our residents’ views, choices and preferences contribute to the daily running of their home. Regular residents meetings ensure that all the wishes of the residents are met.
We recognise that our residents have differing tastes and pleasures, and cater for each and every one as an individual. All food is freshly prepared and well presented to ensure dining is a real occasion, residents regularly update the menu with requests and ideas. A choice of delicious dishes is always available with all special dietary requirements catered for.
