"My husband required respite while I underwent surgery. We had never experienced care provision and were very anxious. All our fears were allayed by the excellent care my husband received from the carers, the activity staff, the food and cleaning team and overall from the manager and lead nurse. They always made themselves available to answer our queries and were always well informed regarding my husbands care. We hope to use Westgate House for regular respite to provide myself with a break."
