Blenheim Avenue provides services for 4 people who have severe/profound learning disabilities and additional physical, sensory and healthcare related needs.
Blenheim Avenue was established in 1987 and is owned by Nottingham Community Housing Association.
We provide comprehensive care and support to meet international standards ISO 9001.
Accommodation
4 fully furnished bedrooms.
Communal lounge/diner, bathroom, laundry, kitchen, sensory garden.

Skilled, experienced staff team with up to date training to meet individual needs, e.g. PEG feeds, moving and handling, dysphasia
