60 Penfold Street Extra Care is an extra care housing scheme for older people run by Notting Hill Housing Trust. The domiciliary care service is provided on site. There are 51 self contained flats in the extra care unit, including a specialist dementia unit with 8 flats. Each flat has its own living room, kitchen and ensuite shower with wheelchair access.There are communal lounges, a restaurant, laundry, assisted bathrooms and activity areas.
