North London Home Care & Support Limited Enfield is a domiciliary care service based in the London Borough of Enfield. From this base we are able to offer all our services across the community.
We provide care and support services to people living in their own homes and have a consistent team of staff who are experienced and qualified to provide a range of services to people with Individual needs. Many of our staff have worked for us in excess of 10 years, some as long as 30 years! We value our staff teams who tell us they feel supported and suitably trained to undertake their duties.
The company was historically a Nursing Agency which was established in 1967, we registered as North London Homecare and Support Ltd in 2003 and has since provided our services to people living at home. In 1999 we opened our second branch in Harlow, Essex.
Our approach is modern, we have moved away from time and task domination. We work with Individuals to plan a service that is progressive and meets their needs, as they want it, respecting safety.
We strive to deliver our services consistently.
We review the effectiveness of our services, in consultation with those who use it.
In November 2013 we conducted a Quality Audit in which, 93% of those people who choice to participate in this, told us they were happy with their service.
Our services can by commissioned by a Statutory Authority, by an Individual with a Personal Budget or with Private Funds.
