ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - NEW ELMCROFT
New Elmcroft is part of the Shaw Healthcare group and is a purpose-built home situated in a residential area. It is registered for a maximum of 60 residents and there were 58 people using the service on the day of our visit. The home consists of a nursing unit specialising in the care of older people on the ground floor, and a dementia care unit based on the first floor. All accommodation consists of single, en-suite rooms. There is a range of communal spaces and a safe garden for residents' use.
