ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - NEVETTS

Nevetts - part of the Quantum Care group - is situated in the pretty Hertfordshire market town of Buntingford, close to pubs, cafes, a library and a variety of shops. It’s also possible to take several attractive walks along the nearby River Rib.

The home provides care for 41 older people with a range of health needs and we have  two dedicated living areas for people with dementia. The home is accredited by Hertfordshire County Council to provide specialist dementia care, and has to undergo a rigorous annual evaluation process in order to achieve that status.

All of our rooms are single and have a telephone, television point and call alarm service. There are also several lounges and dining areas throughout the home, with an attractive garden at the rear and an enclosed south-facing patio.

We have a dedicated activities team who organise a range of activities for residents, including exercise programmes, arts and crafts, games, outings and regular visits from entertainers.
