Mr Frederick John Eaton is registered to provide personal care at Meadow Court, Norton Fitrzwarren, which is a supported living service. Meadow Court is made up of 18 self contained flats with individual tenancy agreements. Six people receive care and support through the supported living scheme. The service specialises in providing support to people who have a learning disability or mental health need.
