ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - MELROSE
Melrose was built by the local authority as a care home and was converted by the present owners to accommodate people with mental health problems. The home is situated off the main road in Hoylake and has 29 bedrooms on two floors. Many of the rooms are spacious and two of them can be used as flats to aid rehabilitation.
There are several lounges, a quiet room, a smoking room and a dining room. Melrose is registered to provide accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care.
