Meadow Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 14 older people. The home is a large semi detached property located on the outskirts of Padiham. There is one shared and twelve single bedrooms; two have en-suite facilities. The home has two lounges, one with a dining area and a separate conservatory. Stair lifts provide access to the first floor accommodation. There is small car park to the front of the home and a garden area to the rear.
