ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - MARQUIS COURT (WINDSOR HOUSE) CARE HOME
Windsor House is a purpose built Care Home with 3 homely and welcoming Units providing a high standard of Residential and Nursing care for up to 49 older people with Dementia. We also provide respite care to give home carers a much needed break.
We provide person centered care in a warm environment. Our home is staffed by a team of professional Registered Nurses and dedicated Carers who all have vast experience and training. We have a great team who work well together and provide a high standard of nursing and professional care based on individual needs.
Accommodation is provided in a purpose built building with rooms on 3 floors and there is a lift available. All rooms have an en suite toilet and wash basin.
We aim to treat all our residents as we would wish to be treated ourselves and believe that, while dementia or confusion might mean they can no longer live independently it should not mean a loss of privacy, dignity or respect. Windsor House is our Resident’s home and we try our very best to make it as comfortable as possible and just like home there are no set visiting times, family and friends are welcome to come and go as they wish. We encourage families to personalise their loved ones rooms with photos, ornaments and anything else they require to make the room as homely as possible.
Four Seasons Health Care have many years' experience of providing expert care to older and vulnerable people in a homely, family atmosphere. Everything is geared towards ensuring that our Care Home residents are happy and our overall aim is to provide dedicated, personal care, tailored to individual needs. We provide full support to relatives including the opportunity to visit at any time.
