Lower Hanham Road is ideal for people with learning disabilities and a range of other complex needs, including mental health needs, autism, eldercare and non-verbal communications.
Providing individual, person-centred support is a priority at Lower Hanham Road. Residents are involved in decision making and every effort is made to communicate with them and ensure they understand their choices. There are regular service user meetings, offering everyone the chance to have their say.
