Lark Hill Village in Nottingham has 327 one and two bedroom apartments for people over 60. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen and shower room. The majority of homes have their own balcony or shared patio areas. Our properties are available for rent, purchase and shared ownership.

Approximately a third of residents within the Village receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.
Resident Bill Hodder achieved a 13,000 feet parachute jump with Village Nurse Chrissie Blackwood. Says Bill: "You don't stop 'thinking and doing' in your 70s and that's why I'm here!"
Chrissie adds: "Bill is just one of the many villagers who has opened my eyes very wide. Supporting older people to achieve their dreams is a younger person's duty."
