ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - KENT ENABLEMENT AT HOME
This service is provided by Kent County Council, to support adults in their own homes generally for up to six weeks. It is primarily for people who have been recently discharged from hospital and aims to rebuild their confidence, to perform everyday living tasks, enabling them to remain independent.
