JackDawe provides specialist homecare support for people with Dementia and their carers
Home Care Workers within the JackDawe Team work with citizens to provide tailored care and support to help people with everyday tasks and daily living needs.
Staff include Home Care Workers, Mental Health Nurses and Occupational Therapists who are all specifically trained in this area of work.
The team covers the whole of the Nottingham City area and was named after one of its first citizens, the late Mr. Jack Dawes of Clifton.
