ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HOMEWOOD (MHA)
Homewood was built in 2010 and is a purpose-built residential and nursing care home in Royal Leamington Spa. It is home to 50 older people and is situated within its own grounds close to Leamington Spa town centre. The 50 bedrooms all have en suite and shower facilities and there is a coffee shop, garden room and large and attractive communal areas for the enjoyment of residents. Homewood is in a leafy suburban setting which ensures both quiet surroundings and a relaxed pace of life. It replaces the original Homewood which was converted from a hotel in 1952 and provided 59 years of service to residents.
Homewood has a very diverse range of activities available for those who wish to participate, including talks, demonstrations, musical events and outings, as well as catering for each individual resident's hobbies and interests.

Let us know if it’s music, a favourite newspaper, exercise or a spot of pampering at the salon. Landscaped gardens invite you to appreciate the fresh air, or tend the plants, if you wish. There’s a wide range of social events, so you never need to feel bored or lonely.
Meal times are a special part of the day for you to savour tasty food, freshly cooked by our chef to suit you and any dietary needs. And, of course refreshments are available throughout the day for you and your visitors, who are welcome at any time.
