ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HOMECARE REABLEMENT TEAM
Homecare Reablement Team provides the regulated activity of personal care to people in their own home within Thurrock and between the hours of 07.00 a.m. and 11.00 p.m. On-call arrangements outside these hours are fulfilled by Thurrock Councils emergency duty team. The service is provided to older people, people with dementia, people who have suffered a stroke, people with a learning disability, people with a physical disability and people with a mental disorder.
