ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HIGHFIELD SCHEME LIMITED
The Highfield Scheme Ltd is registered to provide personal care and provides a domiciliary care service to adults with a learning disability in both shared accomodation and in their own or their family home. The aim of the service is to maintain people's independence and support their chosen lifestyle. The range of services provided includes personal care, support with community activities, appointments, budgetting and daily living.
Daytime respite is also available via The Base, a day centre for adults with learning disabilities. The Base provides support year round or can offer ad-hoc sessions to cover college holidays etc. A wide range of onsite activities are available.
Services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
