Highfield Road is a privately owned care home providing care and accommodation for up to eight people with a learning disability. The service provided is part of the Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley Mencap organisation.
Accommodation is single bedrooms arranged over three floors, which is accessed by stairs; there is no passenger lift. The home is situated in a residential area, close to the centre of Dartford, with all the usual town amenities and public transport.
