Hemsworth Park is a modern purpose built care home providing a high standard of care 24 hours a day. Our residents have varying needs from specialist support and help with everyday living to those who need a helping hand to retain some independence.
The home provides residential care for older people as well as specialist care for those with dementia. We also offer respite care to give home carers a much needed break.
We also offer specialist residential and nursing care for younger people with physical disabilities and we also provide end of life care at a time when residents and their families need specialist help and support.
At Hemsworth Park we have an excellent working relationship with the partners from the local GP practice. We very much recognise the importance of personal, individual and resident focused care.
Our person centred approach means that each resident is an individual treated with respect and dignity.
Hemsworth Park provides individual bedrooms that are comfortable and tastefully decorated with colour co-ordinating furnishings.
Meals are home cooked by our own chef and we provide a highly nutritious and varied menu and cater for all dietary and cultural needs. Snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are provided 24 hours a day.
Hemsworth Park has a hairdresser that visits the home on a regular basis. Our residents get very involved in planning our programme of events along with our Activities Co-Ordinators.

The home has a team of excellent qualified nurses and well trained dedicated care assistants that provide a quality standard of 24 hour care.
