Heathland Court has recently undergone a substantial programme of refurbishment, with all bedrooms and communal areas stylishly redesigned and updated. It is located in a pleasant, leafy suburb of Wimbledon.
The care we offer Heathland Court provides exceptional standards of care - from nursing, palliative care and residential care to short-term convalescence and respite. Every resident receives support tailored to their individual needs.
Food Heathland Court’s resident chef prepares an appetizing range of excellent food using only the fresh ingredients. Residents can dine in the privacy of their own bedroom, outside in fine weather, or join others in the elegant dining room. All tastes and diets are catered for and every resident has their individual preferences assessed on arrival and incorporated into the menus. Feedback is always welcomed with regular tasting sessions and light snacks are available at any time. Visitors are very welcome to join residents for meals if they wish.
Activities Every day, residents have the opportunity to participate in enjoyable activities. There’s plenty of time to pursue existing hobbies and interests, as well as the chance to discover new ones. Each month the home holds special themed events offering residents the opportunity to socialise in a fun and informal way.
Entertainers regularly visit the home, and trips to local places of interest are often arranged. Such excursions might include a ride into town to do some shopping. Friends and family are always most welcome to come along and join in the trips and events organised, which often make them all the more enjoyable for the residents.
