ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HAZELL COURT
Hazell Court can accommodate up to 55 people. There are places for up to 43 people in the main part of the service that offers residential care.
There are 12 places in the rehabilitation unit, four of which are nursing care places. The rehabilitation unit is also supported by additional professionals from the local health authority such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
The home is situated in the pleasant town of Sudbury. Sudbury is a pretty market town which offers several shops, cafes and restaurants. The centre of Sudbury is five minutes walk from the home.
We offer a variety of activities, entertainment and outings on a regular basis. Relatives have highly praised us for our involvement with our residents, by ensuring that they are well informed, encouraged and assisted to take part in these social events.
