Hazelgrove Court provides nursing care, general residential care and expert care for people with dementia.
Hazelgrove Court offers 48 single rooms, all of which are en-suite, over two floors.
As you would expect from a New Century Care Home, Hazelgrove Court has high professional standards. We employ experienced staff who continue their professional development with further training to ensure the best 24 hour support for the people living at Hazelgrove Court.
The ethos of care is to provide a balance between promoting and supporting independence whilst providing personalised residential care. All staff members respect the rights of each resident, maintaining their dignity and independence at all times.
