ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HAWTHORN DRIVE RESIDENTIAL HOME
Our team has a great deal of expertise in supporting individuals who have Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We take the time to get to know every resident, finding out about their lifetime experiences, interests, likes and dislikes, so that we can develop care plans that are as individual as they are.
We support residents to live as independently as possible and residents can help out with the daily life of the home in any way they want to. There are also lots of opportunities to maintain links with the community, for example by going to the local shops, church lunch club and nearby parks. Families can visit their loved ones at Hawthorn Drive care home at any time and we’re always happy to provide a dining table for a private family meal.
