Haven Home Care, under the management of Sally Kitching, a nurse, with over 50 years experience, is a small personal Domiciliary Care Agency (non profit making) providing health and social care for clients in the comfort of their own homes so that they can live independently with safety, dignity, privacy, choice and fulfilment.
Our aim is for continuity of care by well qualified staff who are compassionate, caring, supportive, professional, friendly and courteous.
Services that Haven Home Care provide:
Assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, showering, hair washing etc.).
Supporting access to toilet.
Preparing meals and helping with menu planning.
Washing up.
Making and/or changing beds.
Laundry (washing and ironing etc.).
Light cleaning.
Shopping.
Assisting with administration of medicines.
Manicures.
Helping to get up and go to bed.
Supporting and encouraging access to social opportunities.
Escorting clients to appointments e.g. G.P., hospital, dentist, chiropodist, hairdresser etc.
24 hour care.
The geographical area covered is Hartlepool, Stockton, Billingham, Thornaby, Eaglescliffe, Egglescliffe, Norton, Yarm, Middlesbrough.
Registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Services can be purchased via personal budget, direct payment, personal health budget or privately.
