ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HAVELOCK COURT NURSING CENTRE
Situated in a residential area of Stockwell, south London, Havelock Court is a modern home and purpose-built to provide specialist nursing support.
The care we offer Havelock Court provides care for people from the age of 18 and specialises in Mental health, Alcohol/Drug/HIV related dementia care and nursing. The home can also offer shorter stays for respite.Our standard of care is second to none and we employ registered nurses and highly trained care assistants who pride themselves on excellent service delivery, which is given 24 hours a day.
Key features of Havelock Court The home boasts two comfortable lounges, ensuite bedrooms and a large wheelchair accessible landscaped garden with furnished patio area, shrubs and a fragrant herb garden.
To help residents rehabilitate and to encourage more independence, Havelock Court has an 'Activities of Daily Living' kitchen. There is also a gymnasium for residents to use, if they have their GP's consent or if they use it under the guidance of a physiotherapist and/or occupational therapist.
Bedrooms All bedrooms are single occupancy with ensuite facilities, ensuring residents' privacy and convenience. Each room boasts a 32inch flat screen HD TV. Safety features as standard include smoke alarms and 24-hour call system. Residents are welcome to personalise their room with their own belongings to add that homely touch.
