Situated on the outskirts of the historic Roman town of Cirencester, Elm Grove is a grand building and was once a private house. It’s been carefully adapted to meet the needs of its residents and has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme.
The care we offer
Elm Grove provides daily nursing, convalescence, palliative and residential dementia care. Residents are welcome on a short or long-term basis and Elm Grove provides an ideal location for a respite break. Bupa's high standards are reflected in the home's professional 24-hour care, clean environment and well-trained staff, who are dedicated to providing personalised care to each resident.
Food
Each resident’s specific tastes and dietary requirements are catered for and the chef at Elm Grove prepares a varied, seasonal and nutritionally-balanced menu from which to choose. As well as full cooked meals, there is always a cold alternative and an assortment of lighter options and snacks.Guests are also welcome at mealtimes and we make sure to cater for any special occasions such as birthdays with a celebratory meal and cake.
Activities
There is always something happening at Elm Grove and we encourage our residents to continue with any personal hobbies they enjoy. We arrange daily activities to suit all interests and levels of mobility, including musical entertainment, games, quizzes and trips to local places of interest.Once a month we hold a special event that many residents look forward to participating in, which are tailored to different capabilities.
