Eleanor Home Care provides home care services throughout London and it’s outskirts with offices in Ealing, Lewisham, Greenwich and Redbridge, we also have a base in Poole, Dorset.
We work with service users of all ages requiring extra support at home, for a wide range of reasons, who include:
adults of all ages
people with learning difficulties
children and their families
people with physical disabilities
people requiring nursing care
people with dementia
people requiring re-ablement support and care after a stay in hospital
people with sensory loss and dual sensory loss
people who have had an operation
people with mental health needs
mothers with new babies
people requiring end of life (palliative) care.
At Eleanor, we pride ourselves on our person-centred approach and 24-hour service. We focus on providing home care solutions that are right for you; putting you in control of your care and helping you stay independent in your own home.
Our flexible approach means that we can provide as much or as little support as required, from occasional respite cover to give a regular carer a break to more intensive or specialised levels of care.
We personalise services to each individual, providing extra support where necessary to enable and assist service users with planning the services they want to receive and any financial administration.
At Eleanor, we understand that the quality of our staff is crucial to the quality of service we deliver. Our team members must complete our comprehensive in-house induction training programme before starting work. This includes shadowing a senior member of staff prior to making home visits independently. We also specialise in matching support workers to service users’ needs and preferences.
