Eleanor Home Care provides home care services from offices in London, from offices in Ealing and Lewisham, in Redbridge in Essex and in Poole, Dorset.
We work with service users of all ages requiring extra support at home, for a wide range of reasons, who include:

children and their families
people with physical disabilities
people requiring nursing care

people requiring reablement support and care after a stay in hospital
people with sensory loss and dual sensory loss

At Eleanor Home Care, we pride ourselves on our person-centred approach and 24-hour service. We focus on providing home care solutions that are right for you, putting you in control of your care and helping you to stay independent in your own home.
Our flexible approach means that we can provide as much or as little support as required, from occasional respite cover to give a regular carer a break to more intensive or specialised levels of care.
We personalise services to each individual, providing extra support where necessary to enable and assist service users with planning the services they want to receive and any financial administration.
At Eleanor Home Care, we understand that the quality of our staff is crucial to the quality of service we deliver. Our team members complete our comprehensive in-house induction training programme before starting work, as well as undergoing mandatory training, and complete shadowing shifts prior to making home visits independently. We also specialise in matching support workers to service users’ needs and preferences.
